The “pelvic floor” is a very special group of muscles that stabilize and support the pelvic organs and assist with many functions within the body.
This series will cover Anatomy and Physiology, Breathing and Pressure Management, Posture, the Nervous System Integration and more!
This course is open to all adult women and men. Exercise and movement can be done in a chair or on the floor. Each class will feature combinations of positioning, stretching, exercise and movement flows. Dress comfortably and prepare to take your shoes off. Please bring your own mat.
Classes offered: June 9th, June 18th*, June 23rd, June 30th, July 7th and July 14th from 6 - 7pm.
