Join us starting Wednesday, May 27th for a new session of Gentle Yoga. We meet every Wednesday from 6-7 pm from May 27th-July 1st.
Gentle Yoga is a six-week series that offers a nurturing environment for both beginners and experienced practitioners to explore foundational poses and breathing practices.
Participants will improve flexibility, build strength through basic postures and gentle movement, and use guided relaxation techniques to reduce stress and anxiety.
