All trainers are different and have different skills. Our focus is on goal setting and achievement. We do check ins and re-assessments every 60 days and keep track of what our clients are doing each visit so we can see the achievements happen over time.

Here at Naturally Guided Health, we love recovery work. Recovery from surgery. Recovery from injury. Focusing on healing and gaining strength and reducing pain is of the upmost importance to me. If you don’t qualify for, or can’t afford physical therapy, this is a great option to have someone help you. We love researching and digging into issues to help my clients feel better and continue gaining.
